I can't download anything.. stuck at 99% and tried all browsers
I can't seem to download anything. When the download starts, it will proceed as per normal except that it will be stuck once it hits 99% as shown:
I've tried downloading random stuff like FireFox, Java Updates, etc but they all have this behavior.
Also, it's not a problem with the browser because the same problem persists when I try Chrome, Safari, Opera, and IE.
I don't have Firewall or anti-virus installed. Also, there is definitely sufficient disk space for that download:
What may be causing the problem?
