Unable to reset administrator password for Google Apps
I have been trying to reset and administrator password for my domain however I have been unable to. I have attempted following the instructions as per below link. however they appear to be out of date as the reset procedure is different to what is described.

It appears that a key part of these details no longer exist.
Reset your administrator password by domain verification
It appears to be completely missing and I cannot find any way to do this. I could easily do a CNAME reset however I cannot find how to do this.
Does anyone have any ideas?
